How We Communicate

Presently, all written communication is done via three mechanisms:
  1. This website
  1. Email via private Google Groups
  1. Private Slack workspace
For meetings, we use Zoom. We regularly meet every other Monday at noon ET. If you cannot attend, meeting notes will be provided to you and the rest of the group within a few days. Additionally, anyone unable to make the meeting will be allowed to provide written input, which will be shared during the live session.

  • The governing committee meets bi-monthly, Monday mornings
  • The broader group has a meeting bi-monthly, on Thursdays

Transparency

Regular updates

The governing committee will provide regular updates to all members, informing them of progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Open channels

Maintain open channels for communication among committee members and between the committee and working group members, ensuring concerns and ideas can be shared openly.
